The five-story, 57,496 square feet building is located in the Ballston sub-market of Arlington, VA. The property underwent extensive renovations totaling $3 million in 2010.

The asset also has the potential for future development of 250,000 square feet of multi-family residential and retail uses. The western entrance to the Ballston Metro Station will be located immediately adjacent to the building, commencing construction in 2018.

Located in Rosslyn‐Ballston Corridor, the property is within walking distance of a number of amenities including 30+ restaurants, five hotels and a variety of retail options.
